    • 8 one-hour partner coaching Zoom sessions to be completed within one school year

  • This package is $8,000 for an entire year.

  • Independent school boards

    • Pre-session phone planning meeting

    • Half day (3 hour) or full day (6-hour) in-person session with Board

    • Post-session reflection meeting

  • Starting at $6,000-$12,000, plus hotel/travel

Inclusive Community & Belonging Facilitation

  • Independent school leaders looking for guidance and best practices in building and sustaining inclusive and equitable communities.

    • Pre-session phone planning meeting

Positive Intelligence Group Coaching

  • Individuals looking to grow their emotional intelligence, develop leadership skills, build community, and improve wellbeing.

    • Seven 35-minute group coaching calls (one per week)

    • Access to the Positive Intelligence app to guide your practice and monitor your progress 

    • Weekly one-hour video recordings to watch at your convenience

  • This group coaching is $750 for the session

Excellerators: Virtual Roundtables

  • Individuals looking for a short-term deep engagement with a cohort of peers gathered around specific area of interest

    • Four 75-minute bi-weekly group Zoom sessions

  • These modules are $650 per session

Transition Coaching

    • Who is this for: Incoming heads of school and their new board chairs who are looking for comprehensive operational and interpersonal support through their transition.

    • What does this include: 

      • Monthly Excelle Team check-ins with Transition Chair and HOS-Elect

      • 8 one-hour partner coaching Zoom sessions between professionally-trained Excelle Executive Coach and HOS-Elect + Board Chair 

      • 6 one-hour Zoom mentoring sessions between an Excelle Mentor Head and HOS-Elect

      • Excelle Transition Team site visit: (one-day, in-person visit to be completed within three months of hire date)

    • Pricing: 10% of first year’s base salary to Excelle, plus hotel/travel for Transition Team (2 people)

    • Pre-session phone planning meeting
