Excelle offers two coaching paths - HOS/Board Chair Partner Coaching and Executive Coaching, each designed to strengthen leadership where it matters most.

HOS/BOARD CHAIR
PARTNER COACHING

Designed for one of the most influential partnerships in a school. Heads of school and Board Chairs develop the alignment and confidence needed to lead together with purpose and a common vision.

Package:

  • Coaching Sessions:

    • One (1) one-hour Zoom coaching session between the Excelle Executive Coach and HOS

    • One (1) one-hour Zoom coaching session between the Excelle Executive Coach and Board Chair.

    • Eight (8) one-hour partner coaching Zoom sessions with HOS and Board Chair to enhance leadership collaboration and strategic decision-making.

  • Co-design a coaching plan with the Clients that is based on the Clients’ individual and shared professional goals and growth.

  • Includes individual communication as needed in between sessions, responsive to needs as they arise in real-time

EXECUTIVE COACHING

A confidential, strategic partnership for women in school leadership. Whether leading through change, managing competing demands, or simply seeking perspective that comes from someone who understands the role, the Executive Coach uses a framework of emotionally intelligent leadership to support the personal and professional goals of the leader.

  • Yes. Coaching sessions are a confidential, strategic partnership between client and coach. We adhere to and abide by the ethical standards of behavior and conduct established by the International Coach Federation (“ICF”). Learn more here. 

  • Executive Coaching includes eight one-hour sessions. HOS/Board Chair Partner Coaching runs longer, with individual and joint sessions built around your transition timeline. Both are designed around your goals, not a fixed calendar.
