Welcome from Our Founder

I've learned that confidence isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the courage to ask questions, lead with emotional intelligence, ask for support, and trust our instincts. Vulnerability lives where trust begins. When someone is willing to be real, everyone else can finally exhale.

Transparency and trust are essential, but they're not enough. Leadership is built through reflection, accountability, and the practical tools to lead as your true self. That's where Excelle comes in.

We gather ambitious women ready to level up yet understand that leadership is not linear. We care about the messy middle — the process that gets them where they're meant to be. We don't measure success by how many women reach the top, but how confident and supported they feel getting there.

I want women to see Excelle as THE call — the place they turn when their careers or personal lives hit an inflection point, good, bad, or in between. I want to be part of your journey, in all its messiness: celebrating a promotion, navigating burnout, making a hard call, rebuilding after a setback.

Because leadership is a long game. It isn't built in isolated moments of success — it's built over time, through reflection, resilience, trusted relationships, honesty with yourself, and the courage to keep growing.

Excelle CEO/Founder

Why We Exist

Excelle is intentionally designed for women leaders in education navigating complex institutions, relentless expectations, and invisible demands.

In community, the full weight of the work can be shared honestly and well-being and self-reflection are treated as professional necessities; not indulgences.

Building capacity through coaching, trusted peer groups, and programming shaped for the specific terrain of educational leadership, Excelle women guide their institutions with clarity and conviction and remain whole in the process.
